The Hardlock number is printed on your Hardlock with the following nomenclature:

Analyzer: Uxxxxx (U and 5 numbers) in case of USB dongle or xxxxx (5 numbers) in case of hardlock
Analyzer network license: Nxxxxx (N and 5 numbers)
Recorder: Rxxxxx (R and 5 numbers) or URxxxxx (UR and 5 numbers) in case of USB dongle. URAxxxxx in case of a combined Analyzer/Recorder USB dongle.

The Hardlock internal Serial ID will be shown after starting the Serial ID Check program which you have to execute from your PC.
After registering, an email will be sent to the address given confirming that download access is activated. This may take up to 24 hours (weekend: 48 hours). When downloading files, you will be asked for your username and password. Your username is the serial number of your hardlock and the hardlock internal serial ID is your password.
