BP Portal – Quick Guide

In this BP Portal – Quick Guide, you will find a list of useful information for navigating the Brain Products Portal (BPP).

Access the BPP

From the BPP you can access your assigned Leads (for the CGX and Tobii families) as well as your own Contact and Account details.

The most important tab is Leads (see blue rectangle in the image below), which contains your Leads Overview.

Filter

By clicking on the top left funnel symbol (orange rectangle in the pic above), you can select filters for specific columns (e.g., “Lead Status” IS NOT “Closed – Lost” OR “Closed – Won”).

Sort

You can also sort a specific column by directly clicking on it (yellow rectangle). You can also create a new lead by using the button “Create Lead” on the top right (dark-red rectangle).

Creating a lead

You can also click the blue top right button “Create Lead” to enter:

• Tobii Leads – this will notify us and we will contact Tobii to book this case for you.
• CGX Leads – this is to keep track of CGX leads that reached out to you directly

Access lead details

Just click anywhere on an active row (grey color) to access the Leads Details.

Editing a lead

In the Lead Details you will be able to edit:

• First and Last Name
• Company (i.e., Research Institution / University)
• Email
• Scopus ID (researcher profile from the Scopus Database of Elsevier)
• Product of Interest (e.g., CGX / Tobii)
• Lead Status (e.g., Contacted, Quoted, Waiting for Funding, Closed – won, Closed – Lost)
• Purchase Order – text field to be filled with your PO number in case the case were “Closed – won”
• Competitor – picklist to indicate the competitor if applicable

You will also be able to add your own Notes on the case (top left, Related List).

Your contact and account details

On the BPP, you will also be able to access the Contacts and Accounts ribbons, which simply give you access to a summary of your contact and account details.

For ease of access, we have also integrated the BPP on the Website > Distributor Area (see the blue rectangle in the figure below).
