The return of goods can be necessary due to different reasons:

  • non working devices
  • items wrongly delivered

You can actively help us by filling in the RMA form and including it in the shipment. With this you help us to collect all relevant information about the returned goods in the quickest possible way and to dispatch the return in an even faster and more efficient way. Before returning goods please email us a statement explaining the problem.
