YOUR ROLE WITH US

  • Perform triage of returned devices by reproducing and analyzing reported issues, executing necessary repairs, and ensuring product reliability through final functional tests.
  • Document all repair activities in detailed reports and support Export & Logistics with invoicing related to repairs.
  • Coordinate and oversee outsourced repairs, including communication with external suppliers, progress tracking, and quality control of completed work.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Production, and Support teams to identify root causes of issues, propose improvements, and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for internal teams and external partners.
  • Provide repair-related insights to colleagues to facilitate effective communication with end-users and distributors, ensuring transparency and high customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Solid knowledge in electrotechnics and measurement technology, combined with strong skills in systematic troubleshooting and documentation.
  • Proven manual skills, particularly experience in hand soldering of surface-mounted devices (SMD).
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Reliable, accurate, and conscientious way of working.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • High willingness to learn and readiness for continuous professional development.
