After winning the kununu Top Company award for outstanding corporate culture in 2022, 2023 and 2024, we are happy to announce that we have once again been awarded the Top Company award in 2025!

The kununu Top Company award recognizes companies with an exceptionally high level of employee satisfaction. It is awarded on the basis of independent ratings on kununu. More details on the criteria companies had to fulfill to qualify as a Top Company 2025 are found here.

Each year, only approximately five percent of all companies on the platform are recognized as a Top Company. Having achieved an average 4.3 out of 5 stars and an impressive 100% recommendation rate (based on ratings over the last two years), we are particularly proud of belonging to the top 5% for the fourth year in a row!
