Return Shipment
The return of goods can be necessary due to different reasons: Non working devices, items wrongly delivered or demonstration period terminated. If no information is attached to the shipment to explain why the goods have been returned, it normally takes hours, if not days, to contact the sender and clarify the issue.
You can actively help us by filling in the RMA form and attaching it to the shipment. With this you help us to collect all relevant information about the returned goods in the quickest possible way and to dispatch the return in an even faster and more efficient way.
