How do I return Brain Products equipment?
If you need to return Brain Products equipment, please contact your local distributor. If you have no distributor, please send an email to Technical Support. They will assist you.
To speed the processing time, they may ask you for an explanation of why the goods are being returned. The return of goods may be necessary due to different reasons, for example:
- Your demonstration period is over
- Items were incorrectly delivered
- A device does not work
Filling in the Return Materials Authorization (RMA) form (available from us or your local distributor) and including it in the shipment also helps speed up this process. With this form, you help us quickly collect all relevant information about the returned goods. As a result, we can dispatch the return even faster and more efficiently.
