Please note:
If you are updating the Recorder software from 1.01 (please check!) or earlier versions, a hardware upgrade of your BrainAmp might be required. In this case, please contact Brain Products before updating your software: Send Email. Also, QuickAmp Amplifiers are not supported by BrainVision Recorder 1.20 Beta (64 bit).

For BrainAmp users ONLY (PCI and USB):
For BrainAmp users the Recorder must run on Windows 7 Test Mode because the BrainAmp driver is still a test version. To activate the Test Mode: Please run the Enable-Test-Mode.cmd (part of the ZIP-file below) as administrator and then restart the PC. To deactivate the Test Mode: Please run the Disable-Test-Mode.cmd (part of the ZIP-file below) as administrator and then restart the PC.

To use the hardlock under 64 bit operating systems, please run the HASPUserSetup.exe (part of the ZIP-file below) as administrator.

Before downloading the new BV-Recorder read carefully the instructions available here as .pdf file!

Please note:

We will need the serial numbers of your BrainAmp amplifier(s) and adapter(s) (PCI, USB) to trace their upgrade history. These kinds of hardware upgrades are performed free-of-charge but need to be done by our engineers in-house.
